This month, Fay School is holding another free event for parents of school aged children. The “Ideas&Insights” series presentation features an author and expert on raising “Thrivers”.
The presentation by Michelle Borba, Ed.D. is titled “Raising Thrivers: Tips and Tools to Help Kids Thrive in An Anxious, Uncertain World”.
Fay’s event will be held Tuesday, October 8th from 7:00 – 8:30 pm. As usual, the Fay event requires pre-registration.

That book, Thrivers: The Surprising Reasons by Some Kids Struggle and Others Shine, lists the “Essential Traits” as: Self Control, Self Confidence, Perseverance, Optimism, Integrity, Empathy, and Curiosity.
