Registration is open for Southborough Recreation’s 2nd session of this school year’s RAP (Recreation After-School Programs) classes. Some programs have already filled up, and registration closes a week from today.
So, if you’re a parent of a K-5 student and haven’t explored the options yet, it’s time to!

Most of the program titles are self-explanatory. For those that might not be, I added a little context.
Most programs takes place at the school. (Only the Sew Studio programs are offsite for this session.) Prices vary by program, ranging from $65 to $165 for five classes.
The session kicks off on October 21st. End dates vary by day of the week. (Most end in late November, Thursdays run through December 5th).

- Challenge Island: Believe It or Not Island — $150 (Using Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math to solve fun challenges.)

- FAST SPORTS: Floor Hockey — $100

- Challenge Island: Dazzling Decades Island — $150 (Using imagination, Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math to solve fun challenges.)
 - Lego Adventures — $130
 
 
- Mondays (No Class on November 11): 
- Astrophysics: Sharing Sky With You — $165 (Use online observatory telescopes to learn about our solar system, galaxies, etc. and take images)
 
 - Tuesdays (No Class on November 5): 
- Challenge Island: Arcade Mania Island — $150 (Using Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math to solve fun challenges with a screen-free twist on popular video games.)
 
 - Wednesdays: 
- Archery — $100
 - Sewing @ Sew Studio — $155 (Kids will be transported to 205 Turnpike Rd where parents need to pick them up at 4:30 pm) (Learn basic sewing machine and hand stitching to make projects including bags, stuffed animals and accessories.)
 
 - Thursdays (No class on Nov 14 & 28):   
- Girls Running Club — $65 (Focus on personal growth through setting and achieving goals, enhancing running skills, and building endurance.)
