One of them is Quinn McDowell, who also danced in last fall’s production. This year, she’s joined by Olivia Schiavo. Both are students at Trottier Middle School. (The theater didn’t share what roles they will be performing.)

The classic Tchaikovsky Christmas ballet will be performed five times during the long weekend of Friday, November 29th through Sunday, December 1st. The two hour long show is scheduled with both matinee and evening performance times.

Tickets range in price from $39-59 per seat. (Compared to other professional productions this season, that’s pretty family-friendly pricing!) Click here to purchase tickets. The press release below also includes information about some potential discounts (for “Broadway subscribers” or group tickets):

Trottier Middle School students, Quinn McDowell and Olivia Schiavo will grace the stage at The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory for the Performing Arts in The Nutcracker, generously sponsored by Berkshire Bank, on November 29 – December 1, 2024. Featuring live music from The Hanover Theatre Nutcracker Orchestra conducted by Eric Culver, this production of The Nutcracker will enchant you with dazzling lighting and scenery by Broadway designers, brilliant dancing and vibrant costumes. . .

“This is my 16th year as artistic director of The Nutcracker at The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory for the Performing Arts. I genuinely love working with all the dancers to put on a magical performance in front of our central Massachusetts community. I remember auditioning as a little girl for the Boston Ballet and the Pittsburgh Ballet at the Worcester Auditorium. It was a priceless opportunity, and I still think of that time every year we begin rehearsals for The Nutcracker at The Hanover Theatre,” shared Jennifer Agbay.

Tickets to The Nutcracker range from $39 to $59 depending on seat location, performance and availability. Discounts are available for Broadway subscribers. Please contact the box office at 877.571.7469 or visit TheHanoverTheatre.org for more information.

Discounts are also available for groups of 10 or more. To learn more about group rates call 508.471.1689 or email groupsales@thehanovertheatre.org.
