On Thursday, despite the rain, several hundred members of the community ran or walked in the 18th Annual Gobble Wobble fundraiser for Friends of Southborough Recreation. .
There were 987 registered participants in the Thanksgiving morning 5K run/2 mile walk. Of those, 764 braved the rain to participate on Thanksgiving morning. The top runners were:

- Grant Gattuso
- Stephen White
- Females
- Diana Bell
- Katelyn Li

The Friends of Southborough Recreation wants to thank all the runners and walkers, all our sponsors, all the volunteers, Southborough Recreation, Southborough Fire for the medical services, Southborough DPW and Southborough Police. We had 987 registered runners and walkers with over 764 passing the start/finish line. It was a great event and raised money to support the Recreation Department for scholarships, Summer Nights, Summer Camp and many other great programs. The race would not be able to happen without the collaboration of all the help we get. Thank you!!
