Another Bobcat sighting on Main Street

 
I’m sharing a video sent in by a Southborough resident that may make some pet owning readers a bit more cautious.

The security footage captured a surprise, middle of the night visitor in his yard. The visit took place around 1:00 am on Sunday, March 16th, in front of 109 Main Street.

I’ve seen coyotes and foxes trot through my neighborhood. But the bobcat sightings are a bit more unusual in Southborough. Still, it’s hardly a first. Two years ago, the same homeowner shared footage of a daytime bobcat visit and another Main Street resident shared footage in the fall of 2022.

This may be the same feline, but it looks like he/she have bulked up a bit.
