As you might guess from their “Be Our Guest” theme, the Westborough Community Chorus is tapping into the magic of Disney musicals to entertain the audience at their annual spring concert.
More surprising is that they are encouraging the audience to do the same.
The regional chorus which includes Southborough members invites:
Children of all ages are welcome, and costumes are encouraged!
The concerts will be held the first weekend in May:
- Friday, May 2nd at 7:30 pm
- Saturday, May 3rd at 7:30 pm
- Sunday, May 4th at 2:00 pm
The “exciting selection of Disney favorites” to be sung will include “When You Wish Upon a Star”, “Circle of Life”, plus tunes from Cinderella, Pinocchio, The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Hercules, Tangled, Encanto, Coco, Frozen I and II, and Wish.
The family-friendly performances are held at the Gibbons Middle School, 20 Fisher St., Westborough.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for seniors/children/students. In addition to being available at the door, tickets can be purchased online at westborocommunitychorus.com, at David French Music, 53 Otis St, Westborough, and at Music & Arts located in Baystate Commons.
