Reminder, this weekend is Troop 1 Boy Scouts’ 50th annual Southborough Pancake Breakfast.
It’s the troop’s primary fundraiser. Proceeds from the event support activities like camping, hiking, and community service projects.
The breakfast is Sunday, March 3, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm in the Neary School cafeteria.
Scouts will be serving up the usual fare – pancakes, sausages, ham and beverages.
For the pancakes, you can top them with the traditional syrup. Or you can do like my kids and hit the toppings bar.
(Last year, my kids’ loaded up plates that looked more like make your own sundaes than a pancake breakfast!)
Tickets cost $6 for adults, $3 for seniors and kids 6-12, and children 5 and under eat for free.
Scouts have been selling tickets door-to-door. But, if you missed them, you can still buy your way in at the cafeteria door.
