On the market this week (and off the market this spring) in Southborough

This week, I’m sharing more than what the latest real estate activity in town. I’m also catching up on houses I missed going off the market earlier this year.

Last Thursday, I did share the houses that went off the market in the prior week. But, for the six weeks leading up to that, I noted that nothing came off the market. I discovered, that wasn’t true.

A glitch in the database search after MLS made a change led to those searches coming up empty. In fact 8 houses sold from the beginning of March through mid-April and another 15 went “under agreement”. Here are those listings that I missed sharing from March 1st to April 11th:
