Southborough Youth and Family Services is announcing two free workshop series to start in early January. Each 16 week series focuses on mindfulness. Both are funded by a generous grant from The Southborough Community Fund.

*Updated (12/12/19 11:38 am): I was initially surprised by some of the bullets on the second page of the Sound Mind flyer – including a live band and dance performances. It turns out, that page was part of the flyer template that SYFS didn’t realize was there when they emailed me! I’ve removed that page and the related bullets.
