- The Savvy Consumer (12:00 – 1:00 pm) @ Southborough Library Lawn, Outside: Join us for a fun opportunity to speak with a Community Bank Officer, about ways to flex your financial decisions, connect with helpful resources, review Consumer Reports online and talk with peers (Adults & Teens) as part of a community conversation! - Movie Matinee – Knives Out (12:30 – 2:00 pm) @ Southborough Senior Center: Free screening for seniors of the Rated PG-13 movie. Please sign up at the front desk or call (508) 229‐4453. - Food Truck Festival (3:30 – 6:30 pm) @ St. Mark’s meadow (corner of Rte 85 and Rte 30): A community event series organized by the Southborough Rotary Club this fall. - Preschool Farm Explorer Fridays (9:30 – 10:30 am) @ Chestnut Hill Farm: For ages 2 years 9 months to 5 years old (and siblings). Your little farm explorers will become fully immersed in what life is like here at Chestnut Hill. Activities may include brushing goats, planting seeds, and other age-appropriate hands-on farm “chores,” as well as art projects and stories. Pre-registration (and fee) required. - Outdoor Preschool Yoga (10:30 – 11:15 am) @ Southborough Library’s back lawn: Join Certified Kids’ Yoga Instructor Mandy Roberge as she takes children through a series of yoga postures, using games, music, and literacy activities. Yoga mats will be provided. Ages 3-6. Sponsored by the Friends of the Southborough Library. Registration required.
- Safe Space LGBTQ+ (7:00 pm) @ Pilgrim Church’s Fellowship Hall, 15 Common Street: The church is launching a twice monthly discussion group for LGBTQ+ junior and senior high youth, their friends, and allies. This is an information session to learn about the new group.

- Fay School Farmer’s Market (9:00 am – 12:00 pm) @ Fay School: Each Saturday through October 23rd the school is featuring a farmer’s market with vendors selling a variety of foods and goods. - Hike with Goats (9:00 am – 3:00 pm) @ Chestnut Hill Farm: Take a leisurely hike through Chestnut Hill Farm’s beautiful grounds and trails, accompanied by one or more of our friendly goats! Pre-registration (and fee) required. For details, see dedicated post.
- Drop-in Art (10:30 am – 12:00 pm) @ Southborough Library’s back lawn: Kids can drop in to make leaf art on rocks and paper. Let your creativity show by joining us for this fun project outside on the front lawn of the Southborough Library. Ages five and up. No registration required.

- NSPAC family social (1:00 – 3:00 pm) @ Fayville Playground, Central St: The Northborough Southborough Special Education Parent Advisory Council (NSPAC) will hold its first family social event.
