The Rotary Clubs of Northborough and Southborough are sponsoring a Biggest Loser style weight loss program to help residents stick to their resolutions this year. The first meeting of the twelve-week program is on Wednesday.
Each Wednesday, the program will begin at 6PM followed by the opportunity to visit several information booths dedicated to fitness, nutrition and lifestyle. At 7PM there will be a keynote speaker with a question and answer segment. Topics will include various forms of fitness, nutrition and lifestyle changes. The cost of the entire program is $30 per person.

Update: According to the Worcester Telegram & Gazette, about 100 people have signed up for the program so far. Registrations will be accepted through the third week of the program.
