A wet, heavy snow blanketed Southborough this morning causing schools to be on a 2-hour delayed start. According to National Grid, about 50 residents between Southville and Richards Road — along with a handful of others scattered around town — are without power this morning.
The snow is expected to turn to rain (looking out my window it appears it already has) and there is a chance of flooding on roadways and in basements. A second storm is expected on Thursday.
