- Goat Hangout and Ramble (9:00 am – 12:00 pm) @ Chestnut Hill Farm: (Formerly called “Hike with Goats”.) Your reservation gets you and your group of family or friends an hour-long experience with a friendly goat on its own harness and leash. For details, click here.
- Sit & Knit (2:00 – 4:00 pm) @ Southborough Library: Biweekly program for ages 18+ to drop in and work on your latest knitting or crochet projects while you enjoy the company of fellow yarn crafters in a relaxed social setting. All levels are welcome but no formal instruction will be given.
- D & D Workshop (2:00 – 4:00 pm) @ Southborough Library: Try out a Dungeons and Dragons One-Shot Campaign on a chill Saturday afternoon led by a professional dungeon master from Quests at Hand. For details, see dedicated post.

- Walking Group for Seniors (8:30 am) @ Trottier Middle School’s outdoor track: Free weekly walking group organized by the Southborough Senior Center. Walkers generally go for an hour, but continue for as long as you wish. The location is a loop, so feel free to join late.
- Preschool Story Time (10:30 – 11:15 am) @ Southborough Library Children’s Room: Ages 2-5 are invited for stories and a craft based on a weekly theme. No registration required. For details, see related post.

- Junior Farmer For A Day (9:00 am – noon) @ Chestnut Hill Farm: Timed for Marlborough schools’ Professional Development Day, this drop-off program is for kids in grades K-5. Pre-registration (and fee) required. For details, see related post.
- Preschool Story Time (10:30 – 11:15 am) @ Southborough Library Children’s Room: Ages 2-5 are invited for stories and a craft based on a weekly theme. No registration required. For details, see related post.

- Elder Law Advice (10:00 – 10:45 am) @ phone or zoom: Southborough seniors can sign up for a free 15 minute session of individualized legal advice from an Elder Law attorney. For details, see the Senior Center’s newsletter, p. 10.
- Manga & Anime Club (4:30 – 5:30 pm) @ Southborough Library, Eaton Meeting Room: Monthly discussion club for fans ages 12+. For details, see related post.
- Read to a Dog (11:00 am – 12:00 pm) @ Southborough Library, Children’s Room: Register for kids ages 5+ to get a chance to read to a therapy dog. Please register in the Children’s Room (or by emailing kivers@southboroughma.com or calling 508-485-5031).
- MBTA Zoning Mapping Workshop (6:30 pm) @ Southborough Senior Center: Residents are invited for a chance to help “map” where by-right, multi-family zoning should be in Southborough, including 10 acres near the train station and another 40 acres in other areas of town. - Southborough Gardeners’ November Guest Day (10:00 am) @ Pilgrim Church Fellowship Hall: The annual event includes a floral arranging demonstration from their expert speaker, refreshments, a holiday boutique, and raffles. For details, see dedicated post.
- Mah Jongg (10:00 am) @ Southborough Senior Center: The weekly program would love new players to join. Feel free to stop by to watch or talk to one of the players to see if you would be interested. For details, contact the Senior Center at 508-229-4453.
- Preschool Farm Explorers (10:00 – 11:00 am) @ Chestnut Hill Farm: For ages 2 years 9 months to 5 years old, Adult supervision required. Pre-registration (and fee) required. (discount for younger siblings and free for siblings under 1.) Little farm explorers will become immersed in what life is like at Chestnut Hill. Each session has a different theme. (Offered weekly.) - Tech Time (4:00 – 5:00 pm) @ Southborough Library, Teen Room: Weekly drop-in session to get help from a librarian or teen volunteer. Learn about the Library’s apps and databases, get guidance on your devices, and have tech questions answered.

- Veterans Day Closures: Some Town facilities are closed in early observance of the federal Holiday —the Southborough Library, Senior Center, and most Town offices. (The Town Clerk’s office which will be open until 5:00 pm. Public schools are in session and the Transfer Station has its regular hours.)

- Veterans Day Closures: The Southborough Library and Transfer Station are closed for the holiday
- Scouting for Food: By 9:00 am, place your marked bags of donated food for the Food Pantry on your doorstep or the end of your driveway for pickup from town scout volunteeers. Scouts will be making pickups throughout the day (and sorting items at Pilgrim Church beginning at noon.) For details, see dedicated post.
