While I more frequently cover Algonquin, it isn’t the only public high school that for the Town of Southborough.
Next week, Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School is encouraging prospective students and parents to explore what they have to offer.
Southborough is one of the seven towns that make up the district for AVRTHS. (Although students who want to attend need to apply for acceptance.)
A week from Thanksgiving, the school is holding its annual “Showcase”. The event helps show off the school’s college and career pathways.
The evening will showcase the high school’s technical and academic programs. It will feature interactive demos, performances, and admissions info sessions. It’s also a chance to question faculty.

if you like what you see, you can submit an application that night. (but don’t worry, you can also take your time to decide. Applications aren’t due until January 15th.)
The Showcase runs from 6:00 – 8:30 pm. At 6:15 pm there will be an Admissions info session in the auditorium.
