A few weeks ago, I wrote about NeuraHope. The organization, founded by a St. Mark’s student, works to spread awareness about preventive measures to avoid Neural Tube Defects.
The group is now holding a clothing drive to support patients at UMass Memorial Hospital’s maternity ward.
Through, Wednesday, April 3rd, the public is encouraged to drop off clean, bagged clothing and household textiles in sellable* condition

- Coats
- Scarves
- Handbags
- Wallets
- Fashion accessories
- Belts
- Backpacks
- Shoes
- Household Textiles
- Bedding
- Comforters
- Blankets
- Sheets
- Towels
- Linen
- Tablecloths
- Curtains
- Pillows
*The organization FUNDrive will pay NeuraHope for the items (which they will then resell). NeuraHope will then donate the amount received to the hospital.
