Last month I blogged about a Mass Audubon report that identified the top priorities for habitat preservation in Southborough. At the top of the list are parcels owned by EMC. Just last week EMC secured the approval of the Southborough Planning Board to develop their land into a 10-building office complex. A public forum to discuss the habitat report will be held on October 15th at Cordaville Hall. A representative from the Mass Audubon Society will be there to discuss the methodology, and members of the Conservation and Open Space Preservation Commissions will be on hand to answer questions.
