Missed Santa when he was in Southborough this weekend? Don’t want to brave the crowds at the mall to get a few minutes with the big guy? How about a leisurely 3-course meal with Santa instead? Read on for more details:
On Dasher and Dancer, on Prancer and Vixen…right to Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School for Supper with Santa, sponsored by the Assabet Valley Alumni. On Thursday, December 9th from 6:00 to 8:30 PM, a three course meal complete with beverage and dessert will be served. There will be salad with dressing, rolls and butter, pasta and meatballs, milk or juice and dessert, and it will be served buffet style.
The cost to attend the event is only $10.00 for adults, but there is a 50% discount for anyone who brings a new, unopened toy for the Toys for Tots fund drive. That’s right, bring a toy and dinner is only $5 for every adult in that party! Children 5 and under are $3.00.
New England’s favorite clown, Blinkee, will also make an appearance at the dinner! You’ve seen her at Kidsfest and the Wachusett Mountain Applefest, now visit her at the Supper with Santa. By special arrangement, Santa himself will be taking time off from the North Pole to be at Assabet to visit with children and get their wish lists. Photos with Santa will be available for an additional charge and every child that sits with Santa gets a chocolate lollipop.
Put a smile on your child’s face, avoid those long lines at the mall, and have a night out for dinner at a reasonable price – -join Santa and Blinkee at Assabet Valley, 215 Fitchburg Street, Marlborough, for a memory making event.
