Donations to the Southborough Food Pantry typically decline in the summer months, but that doesn’t mean the need is any less. In fact, food pantry volunteers report it’s been a busy season and their supplies are getting low. Read on to learn how you can help.
The Southborough Food Pantry has been very busy this year and our shelves are getting bare. We need cereal, canned chicken, canned ravioli/pasta, snacks, crackers, canned fruit, liquid dish soap, and detergent. We have plenty of pasta, sauce and soup.
Items can be dropped off at any church or at the Pantry on Tuesdays from 7:00 to 8:00 pm and Fridays from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Monetary donations and gift cards are always welcome and can be sent to Southboro Food Pantry, PO Box 281, Southboro, MA 01772.
The food pantry is located at Pilgrim Church. Enter through Fellowship Hall at the north end of the building. You donations will help feed Southborough families who are facing tough times. The pantry serves about 125 residents, from young children through seniors. Please do what you can to help.
