Southborough may have postponed Halloween this year, but that did nothing to throw off the Bus Stop Witches, whose annual ride through Southborough took place this morning. In fact, far from deterred, the witches turned out in force this year.
Reports are three witches – along with a fourth hooded accomplice – turned out to terrorize (and delight!) Woodward students. “It was a storm of witches!” one parent exclaimed.
Several quick-witted parents had their cameras handy to capture this year’s witchy ride. Click an image to enlarge
Good thing they wear helmets! Wonder if their cloaks are water proof…
i must figure out who the 4th cloaked figure is! Amazing that Zoe still says (4th year running now) how come they always follow bus 13 and they seem to smile at me? ;) sheesh i wonder why?????? LOVE YOU GUYS! Keeping it FANTABULOUS although I am a bit let down that you did not traverse the roof of Woodward as was rumored last year.
kudos!
My daughter was very excited to see the witches today- she made scary faces at them and one witch singled her out and pointed at her and scowled- she has been talking about it all day! All my kids were sure to be on time for the bus today in hope to see a sighting! Bravo witches!
My kiddo saw the witches for the first time and was thrilled! Thanks for the yearly fun!
i wonder if they are high-schoolers? they look like that!
