Michael W. Morgan, 44, passed away, Thursday, January 5 after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis.
He was born in Worcester, son of the late James F. and Elizabeth M. (Whittle) Morgan and graduated from Worcester State College in 1999. Michael was a teacher and loved working with children.
He leaves five siblings; James J. Morgan of Spencer, Stephen J. Morgan of Southborough, Susan B. Morgan, Kathleen M. Morgan and Alice E. Morgan, all of Worcester. He also leaves his aunt Florence L. Burke of Worcester; his uncle Joseph Paul Morgan in Maine; a nephew Joseph Morgan and two nieces, Elizabeth L. and Julia E. Morgan.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday, January 10 from CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle Street, with a Mass at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 24 Mulberry Street. Burial will be private. Visiting hours are Monday, January 9th from 6-8 PM in the funeral home.
