A septic truck that overturned and is leaking its contents is causing a traffic headache on Route 9 westbound this evening. The accident reportedly happened in front of the old Verizon building near Crystal Pond Road. Emergency crews are on the scene.
No word on any injuries or if other vehicles were involved, but MassDOT said via Twitter that clean up could take several hours. At last check, traffic was backed up westbound from the scene to nearly the Framingham line.
There seems to be dung everywhere.
