Fall is upon us, and that means it’s Bargain Box time again. The consignment/used clothing store run by St. Mark’s Church offers clothes and accessories for women, men, and kids. The shop is open only twice a year — for a few weeks each in the fall and in the spring. It’s been in operation for more than 60 years, with proceeds benefiting St. Mark’s parish.
Starting tomorrow, the Bargain Box will open every Thursday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and every Sunday from noon to 2:00 pm, through November 18. They’ll also be open on Heritage Day (Monday, October 8) from noon to 3:00 pm. In November there will be some special half-price sale days.
The Bargain Box will also accept clothing for donation or consignment on Thursday, September 27 and Thursday, October 4. You can find out more about what the Bargain Box accepts, as well as see their complete schedule including sale dates, in the Bargain Box Fall 2012 flyer.
The Bargain Box is located in the basement of St. Mark’s Parish Hall at 27 Main Street.
