Southborough does Halloween right: parades, parties, and of course, trick-or-treating. Here’s your guide to all the spooky fun going on in town.

Friday, October 26

Southborough Youth & Family Services Annual Halloween Party
7:00 – 8:30 pm @ Finn School
For kids under 12 years old and their families. Games, arts and crafts, face painting, and treats. Costumes encouraged. Admission is $5 per child, $15 max per family. (more)

Saturday, October 27

Dr. Junglestein’s Halloween Madness
10:00 – 11:00 am @ Fay School
Dr. JungleStein’s Halloween Madness is a fully interactive show for children ages 3-8. Highlights of the show include the “Thriller” Dance Competition, a costume contest, and the Mad Scientist Magic Show. Attending the event in your Halloween costume is encouraged. Registration required. (more)

Halloween Storytime
11:00 – 11:45 am @ Southborough Library
Join 8th graders Brittany and Avery for a special Halloween-themed story time. Children are invited to hear Halloween stories and make a craft to take home. All welcome, no registration necessary.

Sunday, October 28

Annual Firefighters Association Halloween Parade
4:00 pm @ Mauro’s Market (2 Main Street)
Line up begins in front of Mauro’s Market on Main Street at 4:00 pm. The parade follows Main Street to the Fire Station where there will be candy and awards for the best costumes. (more)

Wednesday, October 31

Trick-or-Treating at the Southborough Library
Children are welcome to come in costume to the Southborough Library any time on Wednesday, October 31, for trick-or-treating in the Children’s Room.

Town-wide Trick or Treating
Southborough kids go door-to-door hoping for treats on Halloween night, so be sure to have your bowl of candy ready.
