Heading into Boston to celebrate First Night on Wednesday? A late train has been added to schedule, so you can stay for the fireworks and still make it home on the commuter rail. The last train on the Framingham/Worcester line is scheduled to leave South Station at 1:00 am and will make all stops, including Southborough.
The MBTA is offering free service after 8:00 pm on New Year’s Eve.
