I think the lot number for the Mt Vickery Rd property must be incorrect. This is what you had for a posting at the end of Feb–9 Mount Vickery Road (map) – 5 room, 1 bed, 1f 0h bath Ranch – 195 days on the Market, Listed at $220,000, Sold at $125,000
It’s not an error. It’s a quick marketing turn around. The property was previously marketed as “Being sold AS IS and probable TEAR DOWN condition.”
It is now being marketed with an artist rendering of a colonial, no photos. It appears that someone is now selling a house that will be built on the land.
That lot on Mt Vickery has been cleared of house & trees. Looks like someone is building new on it
