Meditation at the Library
Saturday, May 3 at 10:30 am
Begin National Meditation Month with less stress. Dr. Allan Hughes will help you discover simple meditation techniques in this powerful and engaging workshop. All are welcome.
Free Community Yoga Class
Thursday, May 8th from 5:30 – 6:30 pm
This is a gentle practice that focuses on simple stretching postures and breath to release stress and relax the body and mind.
Feel free to bring a friend or family member and don’t forget your yoga mat too!
The event will be held inside the Southboro Senior Center but is a community-wide event intended for all ages.
