Dorothy H. Fedorowicz, age 85, of Framingham, MA , formerly of Ansonia, entered into rest on Sunday, October 26, 2014 in St. Patricks Manor, Framingham. She was the devoted wife of the late Joseph Fedorowicz.
Mrs. Fedorowicz was born in Shelton on June 13, 1929, daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Mikulak) Daiuto, attended St. Joseph Grammar School, and graduated from Shelton High School. She was a resident of Ansonia for most of her life before moving to Framingham. She was a retired machine operator for BIC and also was employed at Eastside Green House in Ansonia for many years. She was a former member of the Church of the Assumption in Ansonia. She is the beloved mother of Alice Hilsbeck and her husband Charles, Jane Fedorowicz and her husband Michael Golibersuch, and Susan Pyne and her husband Gerald. She is the loving sister of Betty Benis and her husband Alan, and the cherished grandmother of Rita Hilsabeck, Andrew Golibersuch, William Golibersuch, Katherine Pyne, and Edward Pyne.
Friends may greet her family on Thursday from 4 to 7 PM in the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton.
On Friday her funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 8:45 AM for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM in the Church of the Assumption in Ansonia. Burial will follow in Mt St. Peter Cemetery Derby.
