Everything was calm in Southborough – according to the police logs. Southborough police responded to the usual reports (harassment, vandalism, burglar alarms, etc.) The only unusual item this week was 0f someone stuck in an elevator.
Meanwhile, State Police and Framingham PD were busy in town or just over the line with more serious incidents.
Southborough Wicked Local reports:
State police arrested a man at the Red Roof Inn on Rte. 9 Monday afternoon after a chase on the Massachusetts Turnpike that started in Sturbridge around 7:30 a.m. earlier in the day.
The chase did not take place in town. According to the report, the suspect ditched police in Millbury. The car was later spotted at the hotel. Read more here.
SWL also reports that Rte 9 westbound out of Southborough was shut down Sunday night after:
A man crossing Rte. 9 was seriously injured tonight after being struck by a car near the Hess gas station near the Southborough line

- 1114 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Deerfoot Road residence.
- 1125 hrs – Officers investigated an accidental 911 call from a William Onthank Lane residence.
- 1210 hrs – Solicitors came into the police station to register.
- 1237 hrs – Solicitors came into the police station to register.
- 1308 hrs – More solicitors came into the police station to register.
- 1336 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Wyndemere Drive residence.
- 1437 hrs – An officer took a wire fraud report from a Marlboro Road resident.
- 1727 hrs – Officers responded to Newton Street to investigate a report of an erratic operator in the area. Marlborough Police stopped the vehicle in their town.
- 2224 hrs – A medical was reported at a Ledge Hill Road residence.

- 1527 hrs – Officers investigated an accidental 911 call from a Boston Road residence.

- 0902 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.
- 1002 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Johnson Road residence.
- 1200 hrs – An officer took a vandalism report from a Turnpike Road resident.
- 1403 hrs – Officers assisted with traffic after a power outage shut down the traffic lights on Turnpike Road and Crystal Pond Road.
- 1417 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Sears Road residence.
- 2053 hrs – A medical was reported at a Clemmons Street residence.

- 0800 hrs – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.
- 0855 hrs – A medical was reported at a Johnson Road residence.
- 1337 hrs – An officer responded with the Fire Department to St. Marks School for a person stuck in an elevator. The individual was located and freed from the elevator.
- 1900 hrs – Officers responded to Turnpike Road to investigate a report of an erratic operator in the area. The responding officers reported back negative findings.
Monday, April 6, 2015:
- 0942 hrs – An officer took an Identity Theft report from a Red Gate Lane resident.
- 1432 hrs – An officer investigated a report of a suspicious male party in the woods off Valley Road. The male party was located and checked out ok.
- 1440 hrs – Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from the Trottier Middle School.
- 1552 hrs – Solicitors came into the police station to register.
- 1644 hrs – A motorist from Hopkinton, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked Registration.
- 1746 hrs – Officers responded to Northboro Road to investigate a report of an erratic operator in the area. The vehicle was located and the operator checked out ok.
- 2346 hrs – An officer checked on a suspicious motor vehicle parked outside of a Turnpike Road business. The operator and the vehicle both checked out ok.
