“In addition to partnering with the Ipswich Community Food Pantry to identify people in need of assistance, Ipswich Caring has continued its partnership with the Smiling Kids birthday program. This non-profit, all-volunteer organization headquartered in Southborough coordinates with local service agencies to identify children in financial need.
