If you’re looking to sign your kids up for summer camp next week, Town Rec has a lot to offer. Registration for next week’s programs closes Wednesday, July 15 – so act quickly.
And quick reminder – this Thursday is the kickoff for the Town’s Beautiful Healthy You summer program for girls grades 5+ and adults. (See dedicated post.)
Next week, kids grades 3-6 can enjoy Archery lessons Mon-Thurs afternoon. 11-15 year old girls can improve their Lacrosse moves in an all week morning camp. (For more details, click thumbnails below to enlarge.)
Next week’s theme at continuing Finn and Woodward half day camps, is the always popular Carnival Week. So popular, in fact, that Finn Camp is full next week. But there’s still room in Woodwards’ program:
We will spend this week preparing a carnival palooza that all will enjoy! In addition to regular activities, extra highlights will include fun carnival games, crafts and face painting. Frolic in the bubbles from the giant bubble machine. Special snacks will include snow cones, cotton candy and popcorn! [Woodward campers] will also include a fun inflatable amusement slide and St.Marks Swimming.
Both camps are still open for the following week, July 27th. That week’s theme is Circus Up! with registration deadline of July 24th:
Come join the greatest camper show on earth! You will learn how to juggle, clown, and trapeze. We will have professional circus performances and workshops for campers to build skills and create their own circus act. [For Woodward campers] Trips to St.Marks open swim will be included.
Through the summer, the Town is also continuing to offer Junior Golf Camp, Tennis Clinics, and horse riding/junior farming programs for kids.
