This is just a quick reminder of the Halloween fun that you don’t want to miss today and tomorrow. (There’s promised fun for all ages and I’ve highlighted which ages are appropriate for each event.)
Today – Friday, October 30, 2015
- Trick or Treating at the Library (10:30 am – 4:30 pm) @ Southborough Library: All children are invited to wear their Halloween costumes and trick-or-treat at the library anytime during these Friday and Saturday hours. Drop in for Halloween themed crafts and games.
- Halloween Fun House (5:00 – 7:00 pm) @ St Anne Church, Boston Road: The St. Anne Junior High youth ministry group is putting on a Halloween fun house and party. Admission to the event is free with the donation of a non perishable food item which will be given to the Southborough food pantry. All ages are welcome.
- SYFS’ Halloween Party (7:00 – 8:30 pm) @ Finn School cafeteria, 60 Richards Road: Southborough Youth and Family Services’ annual party for kids 12 and under, accompanied by parents. Fun includes games, face painting, treats, arts & crafts, prizes and more. Admission costs $5 per child or $15 per family. See dedicated post for details.

- Saturdays at Fay – Halloween concert for kids (10:00 – 11:00 am) @ Fay School’s Primary School at 25 Middle Road: Kids 2-8, wear your costume and join children’s musician, Stacey Peasley for singing, dancing, and a Halloween celebration. Space is limited, so click here to register.
- Trick or Treating at the Library (10:30 am – 4:30 pm) @ Southborough Library: All children are invited to wear their Halloween costumes and trick-or-treat at the library anytime during these hours. Drop in for Halloween themed crafts and games.
- “Lost Worlds” Halloween display (after dark – about 10:00 pm) @ 139 Parkerville Road: Trick or treaters are invited to check out the fantastic Halloween display combining the “Lost Worlds” of King Kong and Jurassic Park. Spooky lighting and sounds add to the effect. All ages are welcome and there’s nothing here that should terrify the little ones. Click here for details and a photo preview.
