This afternoon, kids from Finn, Woodward and Neary schools will be carrying home KidStuff Coupon Books in their backpacks. (If you don’t have a kid in those schools, scroll down to learn how you can participate.)
The books offer great discounts to clothing stores, entertainment destinations (like Legoland, Lazer Craze, and Southwick Zoo), restaurants, movies and much more.
But don’t go tearing coupons out yet! If you opt to keep the book, you’ll need to buy them.
The books are being sent home by Southborough Education Foundation today as a fundraiser. It’s way to let you see for yourself the deal you’d be getting.
According to SEF, the purchase fee can be made up with the use of just one coupon. Meanwhile, you’ll be supporting innovative ideas in our schools.
50% of the purchase fee will go to SEF. In turn, SEF uses their funds to:
empower motivated faculty to initiate forward-thinking, creative programs, which would otherwise not receive funding through the annual school budget.
If you decide to opt out of the fundraiser, simply send your the coupon book back to school in your child’s backpack. Otherwise, please send in $25 cash or a check made out to SEF.
If you don’t have a child in one of those three schools – you can still participate. Just email southboroughedfoundation@gmail.com and let them know you’d like to buy a KidStuff book. But act quickly. The fundraiser is only through the end of this month.
