All four ARHS Lacrosse games are cancelled for tomorrow. I had posted that the teams were using their home games to hold a collection drive for food pantries. If I hear about a new date for the drive, I’ll let you know.)

Singing in the Rain (7:00 pm) @ Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School, 215 Fitchburg St, Marlborough: Performance by Assabet’s Drama Club Ticket prices are as follows: Adults $10, children under 12 and seniors $6, and a Family Bundle is being offered for $25 (two children and two adults).

- Bird Walk (7:00 “sharp” – about 9:00 am) @ Breakneck Hill Conservation Land: Hosted by SOLF and led by Mass Audubon’s Jeff Collins. No previous bird watching experience is necessary. Bring your binoculars and cameras (but no dogs, please.) For more details, see dedicated post.
- Southborough Gardeners Annual Plant Sale (8:00 am – 1:00 pm) @ Community House, intersection of routes 30 and 85: Come early for the best selection of plants shared by the Gardeners from their own gardens as well as local nursery stock. A beautiful selection of locally grown annuals, perennials, hanging planters and Mother’s Day gifts. Proceeds benefit their scholarship fund, town beautification and education. - NECC 5K Walk/Run (8:30 am – 2:00 pm) @ Neary School, 49 Parkerville Road: New England Center for Children’s 10th Annual Walk/Run for Autism Event activities are based at Neary School with the course looping around the Parkerville and Deerfoot Road area. On site registration begins at 8:30 am. The race begins at 10:00 am. For details, see dedicated post.
- St. Mark’s Church Rummage Sale (9:00 am – 2:00 pm) @ St. Mark’s Church, 27 Main St, near the intersections of Routes 30 and 85: Admission is free for the large indoor and outdoor rummage sale. All proceeds from the rummage sale go towards refurbishing our historic church tower. Selling furniture, tables and chairs, housewares, kid stuff, toys and SO MUCH MORE! - Fay School Mother’s Day Farmer’s Market (10:00 am – 1:00 pm) @ Harlow Circle at Fay School, 23 Middle Rd: Join us for a special Mother’s Day farmers market! Come and shop for local produce, prepared food, and handmade goods by local vendors and Fay School faculty and staff.
