Gardeners thank local businesses for wreath support

For the past 27 years, the Southborough Gardeners have helped make the holiday season in Southborough more festive by hanging wreaths on the doors of town buildings and businesses. This year nearly 100 wreaths graced the doors and windows of places like the Town House, the fire and police stations, Colonial Gardens, and most Main Street businesses. Southborough resident recommends closing Woodward due to declining enrollment

The question about whether to close one of Southborough’s four schools is not a new one. While school enrollment has been decreasing over the past several years, the K-8 school committee maintains it’s not feasible to consolidate students into three schools.
