Richard S. Steele, 70, of Yarmouth Port, formerly of Medway and Southborough, passed away peacefully at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital on Saturday, December 15, 2012, from a traumatic brain injury. He didn’t talk numbers – that comes next month – rather he discussed the overarching factors that impact the budgeting process. A student is believed to have sent harassing text messages to as many as 15 Trottier eight graders, and Southborough Police and school officials are investigating. The messages were sent using a service that keeps the sender anonymous, so the source has not been identified.
