For the third year in a row, Southborough schools will take part in Stop & Shop’s A+ School Rewards program (formerly called Bonus Bucks). It’s a program that lets shoppers earn money for their favorite school when shopping at a Stop & Shop store. In past years Southborough schools have earned more than $1,000 through the program. Rick Mitchell Maxim, 63, of Southborough and Ogunquit, ME, died on Monday, September 24, 2012 at Tufts Medical Center after a brief illness. By now you have surely heard the plight of little Brendan Shanahan, the toddler-aged son of Southborough firefighter Chris Shanahan who was diagnosed with leukemia earlier this year.
