Neighbors raise issues about zoning at Pizza 19 property

Is a pizza place a restaurant? You might think that’s an easy question to answer, but when it comes to zoning regulations, there’s room for interpretation. Selectmen say Colony Market ‘misrepresented facts’ to get liquor license

Pizza 19 wasn’t the only local business before the Board of Selectmen last night. Colony Market was also there. But while Pizza 19 had their license granted, Colony Market had theirs revoked after selectmen determined the owner lied on his application for a liquor license renewal.
