BOS to discuss enforcing railroad’s property rights over part of downtown Cafe’s lot – Tuesday

Mauro’s Village Cafe parking lot purportedly infringes on CSX Transportation’s property. To get easements allowing fixes to downtown infrastructure, selectmen may enforce the railroad’s property rights with barriers and curbs.
