SFD program to help residents reduce risk of serious stovetop fires
Last week, the Community Advocate ran a story on a safety program the Southborough Fire Department began at Colonial Gardens. Using grant funds, firefighters have begun installing safety devices in some of the units.

Southborough judged the 15th “safest city” in the state (Updated)

BOS votes on Fire Station, public safety complex, and sidewalk commitee
Last night’s Board of Selectmen meeting was heavily focused on town infrastructure.
Selectmen filled out committees for a potential new public safety complex and prioritizing sidewalk projects in town.They also awarded close to $90,000 in design and construction contracts.
