ARHS gymnasts capture back-to-back state title

Congratulations to the Algonquin girls gymnastics team, who on Saturday clinched their second consecutive state championship title. The girls were ranked second behind Andover going into the meet in Shrewsbury, but came out on top with a score of 143.700 over second-place Beverly (141.550). Algonquin field hockey team honored for district championship
During a halftime celebration at the Algonquin/St. John’s basketball game on Tuesday, the Algonquin girls field hockey team was honored for its winning season. The team captured the Central District 1 championship title last fall. It was their second championship win in as many years.
