Special Town Meeting moved to Monday, March 2nd

The meeting on school building feasibility studies and the Neary School roof has been rescheduled again.

CA: Increased reports of “hate, bias” incidents at Algonquin

Last week, school leaders discussed the rise in reported incidents and how they are trying to handle the issue.

Last week, the Regional School Committee meeting heard from Superintendent Martineau about recent reports related to hate/bias incidents.

2026 NSBORO Story Bridge

The Northborough-Southborough Public Schools are seeking community members interested in participating in the district’s third annual “Story Bridge”. School Building Update: Special Town Meeting in March on Study Options and Neary Roof

The Select Board plans to ask Southborough voters to approve funding 1-3 Feasibility Studies for a school renovation or addition, plus urgently needed work on the Neary School roof.

The ask will be presented at a Special Town Meeting, tentatively scheduled for Saturday, March 7th. If the expense is high enough, Town election voters may also need to approve a ballot measure in May.
