Gas prices fell by two cents this week, but overall they’re up an average of almost $1.00 since the start of the year. Southborough’s unemployment rate increased from 5.1% in April to 5.8% in May according to numbers released recently by the state. Word has gotten around that Falconi Bros. on Boston Rd. has the cheapest gas in town. When I drove by this evening, cars were lined up 5 deep.
