Board of Selectmen members ruled that Leo Bartolini will keep his seat on the Zoning Board of Appeals. The vote was contingent on Bartolini recusing himself from any Park Central proceedings until conflict of interest issues are resolved. Public Works meeting on potential water tank at Fairview Hill – Monday night
On Monday, the Public Works Planning Board is scheduled to review a report on a proposed water tank. In the meeting they plan to work on a recommendation to selectmen on building a new water tank in town.

Planning Board drops appeal due to lack of legal counsel; Selectmen continue to deny request
The Planning Board filed a motion to withdraw their appeal against the Zoning Board of Appeal’s decision on Park Central. Chair Don Morris told selectmen they made the decision because they didn’t have independent legal counsel to guide them.
