Zoning Board of Appeals names new Chair and “Clerk”; “Chair Pro Tem” to be named as needed
Last night, the Zoning Board of Appeals followed through on a reorganization to remove Chair Leo Bartolini from the helm. Early on in the talk, it looked like he would be acting as backup to lead some meetings. But while he potentially could, it doesn’t look likely. Park Central developer pushing for Planning Board site plan approval on September 19th
Yesterday, the Planning Board received the “100%” plans for the Park Central Site Plan Review. In last night’s hearing, the board and developer agreed to extend the application deadline and continue the hearing to September 19th. But it took more than a half hour of tense debate and an off camera consultation with attorneys to come to the agreement.
