- Stretch Break Class for seniors (10:15 – 11:00 am) @ zoom: For details on semi-weekly class, see dedicated post.
- Story Time & Craft (10:30 – 11:00 am) @ zoom: The Southborough Library is partnering with the YMCA of Central MA through the Family and Community Partnership Program to provide weekly story and craft programs. Join Miss Kim for themed stories and a craft on Zoom. A list of materials for the craft will be sent out along with the Zoom link each week. To register, go to www.theyfcp.org and click on the “Join YFCP” tab. (Mondays through the end of April.)
- Growing Cucurbits Workshop (7:00 – 8:00 pm) @ zoom: This workshop is part of the Southborough Library’s “Dig In! Garden Information Series”. Blackstone Valley Veggie Gardens will hold a special zoom session on gardening topics twice monthly. Anyone 12 or older can pre-register through Southborough Recreation. This session’s topic is: Growing Cucurbits – Love the look and taste of summer and fall squash? We’ll help get the best yield possible from all your zucchini, cucumbers, pumpkins, and everything in between. For details, see dedicated post.

- Preschool Story Time (10:30 – 11:00 am) @ Facebook Live: Children’s Librarian “Miss Kim” will hold a story time for ages 2-6 (siblings welcome). Each week will feature themed stories on Facebook Live with Ms. Kim! No registration necessary (Note: You don’t have to have a Facebook account to watch the Library’s videos, which are still viewable after the live event is over.)
- QiGong for seniors (11:00 am – 12:00 pm) @ zoom: For details on weekly class, see dedicated post.

- Young Scientists STEM Beginnings (10:00 – 10:45 am) @ zoom: A free virtual series for children, ages 3-6 to learn STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) concepts through hands-on activities, story time and simple experiments. The program through the Southborough Library is sponsored by the YMCA Family & Community Partnership. For details, see dedicated post.
- Puzzle Exchange Drop-Off (10:00 am – 2:00 pm) @ Southborough Senior Center: Invitation for seniors to take part in a puzzle exchange. This is the time to donate your gently used/newer puzzles. Please – “No attic or basement smelling puzzles”. Drop off in the box outside. The pickup event will be held on Wednesday, April 14th from 10:00am to 2:00pm.

- Books in Bloom (12:00 – 4:00 pm) @ Common Street (Old Burial Ground stone wall between the Library and Pilgrim Church): Special exhibit of floral arrangements by the Southborough Gardeners. Participating members of the Gardeners are creating arrangements based on book covers chosen in collaboration with Southborough Library staff. (Friday, April 9th is the backup rain date.) - Dull Men’s Club (10:00 – 11:00 am) @ zoom: Weekly social club for senior men hosted by Southborough Senior Center. For details, click on blurb right from the Senior Center’s newsletter. To register, email banjobillo@verizon.net.
- Creative Writing Club for Teens & Tweens (3:00 – 4:00 pm) @ zoom: The writing club is back! Tweens and teens interested in meeting other writers and looking for ways to foster their own writing are welcome to the Southborough Library’s virtual writing club. For details, see dedicated post.
- ARHS Jeopardy (6:00 pm) @ zoom: Algonquin Student Council is hosting a Jeopardy game over Zoom. Students have the chance, as a team of three, to each win a Google Nest or Amazon Echo Dot. Register by April 7th. For details, see their instagram posts here.

- Troop 1 Pancake Breakfast (8:00 am – 1:00 pm) @ Pilgrim Church, 15 Common Street: Breakfasts must be pre-ordered by the evening of April 8th with specified windows for picking up meals on the 10th. The annual fundraiser for Southborough Boy Scout Troop 1 is taking place through a partnership with Mauro’s Village Cafe. For details, see dedicated post.
- Seed Swap (11:00 am – 1:00 pm) @ Southborough Library – outside: The Southborough Library is hosting an event using the remaining seeds from the Library’s Seed Exchange collection. Patrons can select from and bring home seeds. This is also a great chance to bring any seeds you have for the Southborough Library to continue and build our Library Seed Exchange!
